Dear Fello Members,

My name is Todd A. Welch, and I have a client that is in need of a $1
Million investment for an Internet Gaming Business. Below is the summary
of the business:

This will be a free internet poker site (since internet gambling is
currently illegal in the United States) and a new proprietary gambling
card game. Since we already own the the poker software (the programming
is complete) we would have the poker up and running in less than a month.
The proprietary game would take 3 to 4 months because it has to be
programmed, tested and deployed. The poker software is valued at 2
million USD and would be used as collateral. The free poker business will
earn revenue by selling information and leads. Each player’s information
is valued at a minimum of $10 and in reality worth much, much more. A
mini-tournament will get between 5000 and 20,000 players and we would have
several tournaments per day. If a prize of $200 is offered (for a free
tournament, this is a lot) and we get 10,000 entries, the cost per lead to
us is 2 cents. My contact in Costa Rica already has access to over 15
million people who play poker online because of his connections to online
casinos. Players must fill out information forms before they play. The
more information they fill out, the more valuable that name becomes and
the more chips they get to play with in the tournament thus increasing
their chance of winning. After they have filled out their information they
will be emailed an identification link. They can then email their
identification link to their friends and family and invite them to join.
If any of those people sign up, the inviter will get more chips. Also, if
you are credited with inviting someone into the tournament and that person
wins a prize or money, the inviter will win an equal prize, thus giving all
players reason to invite as many people as possible so as to increase their
chance of winning a prize. This creates what is called a viral effect, it
just keeps mushrooming out with more and more players joining. Our poker
software also offers something unique. In other online poker sites a
player will be playing with strangers. On our site, players will be able
to have their own table or rooms and invite their friends to play against
each other and instant message each other while they play. They will be
able to upload a picture of themselves or an avatar to represent
themselves and place it at their position at the table. It’s the next
best thing to actually being together. So, in effect we have also become a
social network like Facebook or MySpace. Social networks like Facebook and
MySpace are valued at between $100 to $300 per person and they have
millions of members putting their value in the billions of dollars. An
online poker player is valued at about $350 per person. The value of the
business could jump to an enormous amount very rapidly. If internet
gambling for skill games like poker is legalized in the U.S. , the value
of the company could jump ten times overnight.

We seek one million dollars U.S. for both the poker and the proprietary
game (the poker software and source code would be the collateral). An
investor would receive 25% ownership in both the poker and the proprietary
game. We would also accept the capital as a loan if the investors
preferred. We will collateralize the software assets, evaluated by third
parties to over 2 million USD for warranting this investment. Since we
seek 50% of that in capitalization, we are 2-1 in collateral vs. sought
financing, which then makes for an investment with low risk exposure. We
intend to use the reputable company Lincoln Parry, a well known company
doing software and source code third party escrow services.

The investment money would be put in escrow and a CPA would set up the
corporation the best way and would write the checks with full accounting
where the money is going. The $1,000,000 would be for 25% interest.

I also have the full length business plan readily available.

If this interests you, then I look forward to your reply. I can also be
reached at the above email address.

Sincerely,

Todd
